Drift - Spruce & Porcelain Sculpture

This is my favourite piece I created for the group exhibition Undulations in 2025. Here, I expanded my explorations of lichens and leaned into a fungi inspiration, working with the natural movement found in the spruce wood. Each fungi is individually sculpted and attached to high temperature wire. After drilling holes in the wood, each piece is glued into the wood.
